Academic Engagement for Our Changing Times is a faculty panel and dialogue planned for Inauguration Day. Moderated by Na’ilah Nasir, Vice Chancellor for Equity & Inclusion, the session will explore the effect of the country’s changing political times on our academic lives and work.
· What types of research and knowledge creation are now needed?
· What policy efforts should we purse?
· How can we best support advocacy, mobilization, and/or community engagement?
· What roles might we play as public intellectuals?
